Our 8-Month Construction model includes complete structural work from foundation to finishing: excavation, foundation, brickwork, RCC structure, plastering, electrical and plumbing infrastructure, door/window frames, basic flooring, external facade, waterproofing, and all quality certifications. This does not include modular interiors, which are covered under our separate 90-Day Interior model.
We include timeline clauses in our legal contract with penalty provisions for delays. Our 12,000 sq ft workshop in Asandh manufactures all components before installation begins. We maintain dedicated project managers, buffer inventory, and backup suppliers. Progress is tracked weekly with transparent reporting. "90 Days is not a promise. It's a contract."
Absolutely! Our Complete Turnkey model combines both: 8 months for construction followed by 90 days for interiors. This gives you a move-in-ready home in approximately 11 months with a single point of contact, unified warranty, and seamless execution from foundation to furniture.
We exclusively use industry-leading brands: Wonder Cement, Jindal/Jai Bharat Steel, Varmora/Johnson tiles, Asian/Berger paints, Schneider/Polycab electricals, Jaquar/Cera sanitaryware, Greenlam/Merino laminates, Häfele/Kich/Ebco hardware, Hörmann German doors, and VEKA uPVC systems. All materials come with manufacturer warranties and quality certifications.
Yes, complete architectural and interior design is included. Our team creates detailed 3D visualizations, structural drawings, and material specifications. For interiors, we provide complete design planning before the 90-day execution begins. Design phase typically takes 2–4 weeks with unlimited revisions until approved.
We serve Panipat, Karnal, Sonipat, Rohtak, and nearby NCR regions. Our workshop is in Asandh (Karnal) and office in Panipat. We take projects within 100km radius to ensure quality control and timely execution. For larger or special projects, we can extend our service area.
Milestone-based payments: 10% advance at contract signing, followed by installments tied to measurable progress milestones (foundation completion, structure completion, finishing, handover). We don't ask for large upfront payments. Final payment after complete handover and your satisfaction. All invoices include GST.
Comprehensive warranties: Structural work (5 years), Modular furniture & fixtures (5 years), Hardware (manufacturer warranty: 5–10 years), Electrical/plumbing workmanship (2 years), Paint & finishes (3 years). All warranties documented in writing. We also offer annual maintenance contracts after handover.
